Building the Black House in Riverbank Road was a great experience. Brendon was a great builder and project manager. The house came together meeting our key requirements of time, budget and quality. For me, Brendon took real ownership of delivering an amazing house and added some great value with his expertise and practical knowledge. Communication was excellent and his ability to work directly with the designer and his sub-contractor was brilliant. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him if the opportunity presented itself again.
